Complaints Policy

These complaint terms govern the rights and obligations of the parties arising from the purchase agreement concluded between the seller, Glass Wolf s.r.o., owner of the online store vapewolfs.com, with its registered office in Bratislava, Company ID: 56585659, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Nitra (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”), and the buyer, regarding the purchase of goods via the Seller’s e-commerce website.

Product Exchange and Returns

Restrictions on Exchange and Returns:

The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to goods and services specified in Section 7, Paragraph 6, Letters a) to l) of Act No. 102/2014. Specifically:

“The consumer may not withdraw from a contract for:
a)… e) the sale of goods sealed in protective packaging that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, and whose protective packaging has been opened after delivery.”

Cases Where the Consumer Cannot Withdraw from the Contract:

  1. Services fully performed: If the service started with the consumer’s explicit consent, and they acknowledged the loss of the right to withdraw once the service was fully performed.
  2. Goods/services with fluctuating market prices: Goods/services whose price depends on financial market movements beyond the Seller’s control during the withdrawal period.
  3. Custom-made products: Items made to the consumer’s specifications or personalized for them.
  4. Perishable goods: Goods that are prone to rapid deterioration or expiration.
  5. Sealed goods for health/hygiene reasons: Once unsealed after delivery.
  6. Goods inseparably mixed post-delivery: Due to their nature.
  7. Alcoholic beverages: Delivered at least 30 days post-contract, where their price depends on market fluctuations beyond the Seller’s control.
  8. Urgent repairs or maintenance services: Requested explicitly by the consumer, excluding other contracts involving additional goods or services.
  9. Unsealed media or software: Audio, video, or software sold in sealed packaging, once opened.
  10. Press and books: Except for subscription-based agreements or books delivered without protective packaging.
  11. Leisure-related services: Accommodation, transport, car rental, catering, or other leisure services tied to specific times or periods.
  12. Digital content provision: If not supplied on a tangible medium, where the consumer consented to immediate provision and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal rights.
